When should I place the reservation?
For a better service we request you to make the reservation 48 hours before your journey and we will confirm it as soon as possible (generally within 03 hours). Please make sure to have with you the phone used to make the reservation.
If I did not receive my booking confirmation letter to my email, what should I do?
Please check the Junk or Spam Box in your email. If you are unable to find it in those sections, please use the Contact Us option in our website and provide your details. We will confirm your reservation within 12 hours or make a direct call. We are available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.
